Diet Help!

Well,  my 1,300 calorie diet is a bust.  It isn't working.  Anyone have any tips or ideas for me?  mostly diet tips and food.  what I should eat or not eat.  Let me know!!

What I'm into (this week)

                               This is what I wore to work today.  Burberry shirt I got when I was in London long ago with BCBG heels and my clutch. 

                             What I've been eating lately.  I'm on a 1300 calorie diet.  This take the bulk of it.  I just can't help it.   Better to eat less of what I like,  than to eat more of what I don't.  Oh!  and no potato chips for 21 days.

                              These are my Cinderella shoes.  They are great for the summer.  They go with everything.
